Your Responsibilities
- You lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
- You conduct pipeline reviews with team members to qualify sales opportunities and provide guidance to ensure alignment with objectives.
- You prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our engineering software solutions.
- You analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- You stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and news sources to remain informed about the evolving dynamics of the corporate world.
- You utilize methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, ANUM, and CHAMP to qualify and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- You lead customers with clarity, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and manage stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective sales pipeline.
Your Qualifications
- At least, 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- At least, 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the engineering software industry
- Knowledge of the engineering software market, including Cloud computing, SaaS, CAD, CAE, CFD, and FEM
- Business proficiency in English and German
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- Familiarity with CRM software and its analysis capabilities such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Experience with sales intelligence software, such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Cognism
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market
