Business Development Manager, (English/German Speaking)
This role involves developing and executing enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively sell and support the company's products and services.
The Partner Enablement Manager will work closely with the partner & sales team, marketing, product management, and training departments to ensure partners are fully enabled and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Execute on the current (and design further) comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning initiatives
Develop and maintain enablement content such as training modules, product guides, sales playbooks, and best practices
Monitor and track partner participation and progress in training and certification programs
Analyze partner performance data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, expert services, etc.) li>
Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates, gather insights, and offer support
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. li>
5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials and programs
- Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms, CRM software, and Google Workspace
