Tasks
YOUR TASKS :
Growth Strategy & Execution : You will lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies, with a primary focus on paid social.
Your goal will be to drive our customer acquisition goals and ensure that country-specific growth targets are consistently met.
Market Research & Launch Planning : You’ll conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate potential opportunities in the Netherlands.
Based on your insights, you'll develop go-to-market strategies, form local partnerships, and create tailored promotional activities for successful market entries.
Performance Analysis & Optimization : Your role includes continuously analyzing key growth metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
You will refine and adjust marketing strategies to outperform competitors, ensuring performance targets are hit in each new country.
Cross-functional Coordination : You will coordinate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth market expansion.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to align on regulatory, cultural, and operational aspects across each market.
Project Leadership & Milestone Tracking : You will be responsible for tracking key expansion milestones, providing regular updates to leadership, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Your ability to lead initiatives and adapt will drive successful market growth.
- Local Market Adaptation : You’ll ensure that each market strategy is adapted to fit the unique cultural, consumer, and regulatory needs of the country, building strong foundations for long-term success.
- Partnership Development : Building and managing local partnerships, you will establish relationships with key influencers, media channels, and local organizations that will help accelerate brand penetration and market success.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
- Proven Performance Marketing Expertise : 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social, ideally within the food or consumer goods sector.
- International Expansion Experience : Direct experience leading product or brand launches in new markets, with a focus on the Netherlands or broader EU.
- Data-Driven & Analytical : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize performance and outcomes.
- Project Management Excellence : Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and tasks, maintaining a sharp focus on operational execution and timely delivery.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit : A proactive self-starter with a passion for scaling brands in new regions and a solution-oriented, get-things-done attitude.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is a bonus.
