Working Student (d / f / m) in Communications

Your tasks and responsibilities

You support our international team in Connected Intelligence Cross-Programmes and work with us hand in hand in connecting and engaging with internal target groups (text writing, editorial planning, events) :

Set up the internal communication means (e.g. GSite, GChat, newsletters, ) under our guidance to exchange with our community, editing the content with support of our team and making it suitable to our audience.

Set up a Communications plan and actively support in its execution e.g. (virtual) events such as All-Hands-Meetings and Webinars.

Provide and analyze audience- and content-related Key Performance Indicators to support decision-making, channel animation, planning and continuous improvement.

Bring in your ideas of new ways of communication!

Desired skills and qualifications

You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing,

Psychology or related studies.

You have a fluid, polished style of writing, confidence, advanced communication skills and a knack for social media.

You are self-confident, but not arrogant, you can work independently, solve problems

creatively and think out-of-the-box.

You have good skills in MS Office applications and Google Suite.

You have the eager to work in diverse, cross-cultural teams, collaborating across country boundaries - Team Work & openness are key within our team, we value your opinion and rely on you as full team member!

You are fluent in written and spoken English (German and French are an asset).
