An internship is a supplement to your studies. Once you have finally completed your studies, an internship is not possible.

We are seeking an Intern Applied Innovation (m / f / div) Personal Care (Skin, Hair, Cleaning) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Applied Innovation team in the development and execution of innovation projects related to personal care, specifically skin, hair, and cleaning products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal care and be eager to learn and contribute to the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights related to personal care products

Assist in the development of new product concepts and formulations for skin, hair, and cleaning products

Conduct lab experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of new product formulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful project execution

Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Applied Innovation team

Support the development of technical documentation and presentations related to innovation projects

Requirements :

Currently pursuing a Bachelor (with at least 120 ECTS) or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or insubjects

Strong interest in personal care products, specifically skin, hair, and cleaning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus

Availability for an internship of at least 6 months
