The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling.
We do this by providing best-in-class upskilling offers in key digital technologies (e.g. Data, AI, Process Automation, Cloud, Cyber Security), workplace tools and practices (e.
g. Agile). A key priority is to activate and engage E.ON employees on the digital upskilling offers.
As Learning Communication & Campaign Expert (f / m / d) you will be responsible for developing and driving learner communication and engagement activities, as well as internal and external campaigns focused on digital upskilling products to activate learners to upskill themselves.
You will work closely with the upskilling product team(s) to ensure that our learners and the organisation are actively engaged in learning.
meaningful & challenging - your tasks
- Create the right engagement (f.e. campaigns), coordinate activation and communication measures and channels to continuously drive consumption and completion of upskilling offers through a customer-centric approach
- Be part of the upskilling product teams, own the employee activation and communication and collaborate with the EDT Communications team
- Design and deploy a variety of activation and communication activities, such as campaigns, including driving the creation and deployment of visuals and videos, and hands-on content creation for learners to engage with digital upskilling opportunities, in a variety of formats (text, video), including the social intranet Connect (hosted by COYO)
- Liaise with UX colleagues to ensure the campaigns have the best possible impact and keep learners engaged and active in their learning.
Continuously improve the creation, scaling and re-use of end-user communication and engagement activities based on measurable impact
Ensure a consistent tone of voice in end user communication, bringing the digital upskilling offers to learners in a consistent and understandable manner
authentic & ambitious - your profile
- Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing and / or Media Design
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
- Extended years of experience in communications & engagement, preferably in an international matrix setting. Experience in a product centric organisation is a plus.
- Extensive professional experience in marketing or employer branding, preferably with a proven track record of success in managing and developing marketing activities and communications
- Strong communication and presentation skills with comprehensive knowledge in virtual and hybrid event management and communication planning
- Excellent skills in : Miro, MS Teams, Office 365, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
- Interest in and passion for learning, people, technology and the energy transition
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- A mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as deliver on your commitments independently.
