What you’ll do
We need you to understand operating systems, hardware, software, networks, and how they work together. You’ll support our customers with technical and non-technical issues such as product compatibility, support, shipping, and electronic support fixes.
- Answer hospitality support calls and queries in German language
- Provide solutions to customers or pass their case to the relevant team
- Resolve issues in real-time where possible
- Manage escalations and advise our teams on customer issues
- Update cases in our customer database
- Communicate case progress to customers
- Meet or exceed individual and company targets
- Experience in POS Systems and from the Food & Beverage / Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
- Fluent German and working knowledge of English skills are required for this role
- Shift based role
- Work Mon-Fri between CET
- 3 days office working in Dusseldorf, Dublin or Galway location required
