Influencer Marketing Manager
Team Lead - Influencer Marketing - e-commerce - Berlin!
Sphere have partnered with a Berlin-based start-up who specialise in the food industry and are going from strength to strength.
They are now in a position where they need someone who will focus solely on growing and establishing their influencer marketing channel, leveraging off your existing network across the DACH region, and managing a team to make this a high-performing channel.
This company are looking for someone who has preferably had exposure within a start-up environment and experience in an e-commerce business.
You will be based in Berlin, where they operate on a hybrid working model.

The Job
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies with a performance lead approach.
- Managing budgets allocations, and targeting.
- Identifying new influencers for collaborations.
- Maintaining great relationships with influencers, agencies and managers.
- Analysing and reporting on performance of sponsorship and collaboration campaigns.
- Lead and manage a team.
- Experience in influencer marketing for e-commerce brands.
- Extensive experience in the German / DACH market.
- Autonomous and ambitious worker who enjoys contributing to success and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
