What part will you play?
We are a growing team and invite you to participate in this future orientated and important market segment for all of us to be our PLM Process Manager (f / m / d).
In this role :
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to design and improve the PLM processes in cooperation with our team and the process owner.
In addition, the transition of the PLM processes to the agile world will be shaped by your expertise.
By merging the Siemens and Heliox ways of developing products, we can learn from each other and create a more efficient process.
The definition and performance reviews of all PLM processes and sub-processes will be an important aspect of your responsibilities.
Moreover, global trainings and communication concepts will be set up and implemented by you to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Compliance with existing standards and regulations will also fall under your purview.
Coordinating interactions with other process owners and managers will be crucial for seamless collaboration.
Furthermore, the effectiveness of the PLM processes will be monitored and reviewed based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
To continuously improve the processes, you will collect feedback from process users.
What you need to make real what matters.
A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field will provide the necessary foundation for success in this role.
Long-term experience in portfolio management, R&D, and / or change management, as well as familiarity with the corresponding process world, are essential qualifications.
The ability to define, review, and release processes in a structured way is a key requirement.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Adaptability to working in an agile environment is also important.
Your drive and background will enable you to push for improvements until they are implemented.
Developed coaching and training skills will ensure successful process trainings and implementations.
Experience working in an international setup will be beneficial in this role.
