From now on, up to 20h / week, in our Munich office
Your mission
- You will assist in the creation of invitation mailings, registration forms, and website content
- You create marketing materials, such as invitations, flyers or social media posts
- You help with event planning, finding locations, organizing catering and technical equipment, and creating the guest list
- You'll make sure everything runs smoothly on-site at events, for example by keeping an eye on the schedule, coordinating staff, and making sure our guests are happy
- You will assist in the follow-up and documentation of events by creating evaluations, analyzing event KPIs, taking photos & videos and collecting feedback from guests
Your profile
- You are in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree in the field of event management, hotel, tourism, marketing or similar#
- You have already gained first relevant experience in the field of event management in some internships
- You have a soft spot for technology and ideally first experience with communication tools and platforms
- You are a real organizational talent, have strong communication skills and are service-oriented
- You are quick on the uptake, have a feel for trends and find working with people enriching
- You are committed, motivated and like to take on responsibility
- You ideally have experience with Photoshop or other graphics programs
- You are fluent in German, have a very good command of English and a hands-on mentality
