IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

As IT Support Technician , you will be the primary contact for 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring smooth operations within our employee working environment.

You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• serve as a Support Agent on the Atlassian Jira Service Desk
• assist with laptop / desktop devices (Windows / MacOS) across all employees and help select employees with mobile device needs (Android / iOS)
• set up and upgrade physical and virtual workspaces with standard IT equipment
• troubleshoot issues related to computers, phones, printers, (W)LAN, and video-conference systems
• manage on-demand software and hardware inventory control, including (re-)stocking and decommissioning
• provide access to company applications and services for G-Suite / Microsoft 365 users
• automate client computer provisioning, inventory, and support using Microsoft Intune
• handle on-boarding and off-boarding of new users on pre-installed office and productivity suites
• develop support and process manuals for IT staff and employees

YOU COME WITH

• completed technical or university-level education in the IT field
• solid background in 1st and 2nd level IT support for local and remote employees
• proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Mac OS end-user landscapes
• familiarity with Google G-Suite and Microsoft 365 core and integrated services
• basic knowledge of Android / iOS configuration and usage
• competence in laptop / desktop software / hardware setup and maintenance
• understanding of operational security practices within IT environments
• passion for learning, documenting, and helping others with IT topics
• excellent English skills
