Global TA Strategy Deployment Manager (f/m/d)

Accordingly, our global P&O leadership team has recently set our new P&O Strategy 2030 and is reviewing P&O’s strategic priorities regularly.
As part of the Strategic Initiatives team, this role plays a critical role in the development and deployment of our Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy 2030.
This role will be responsible for translating our global strategy across businesses and countries embracing a test, learn, scale approach helping us drive progress towards targets and major milestones.
What role will you play?
- As part of the core global TA strategy team, you will act as a custodian of Siemens global TA strategy jointly with the accountable experts and the businesses shape TA solutions and contribute towards our P&O strategy.
- As part of a team, you will take ownership for specific initiatives and work packages, working with the work package leads to drive forward specific deliverables to achieve set breakthroughs.
You will act as a change agent, thinking holistically across the transformation programme, challenge thinking, develop hypotheses and test and build innovative solutions.
- You will ensure that outputs are aligned with the overall TA strategy and vision, creating an ongoing feedback loop to the core strategy team as we test and learn through our implementation.
- You will work closely with country TA leadership translating specific needs e.g. local laws and regulations and market conditions, and adapting the global strategy as needed.
You will take a partnership approach, focusing on how we can deliver business impact.
- You will work closely with the project management office, providing insights into progress of work packages, help connect the dots and interdependencies, identify potential obstacles and barriers and help handle risk.
- You will support the content of ongoing transformation communications working closely with the TA Communications team.
- In addition, there could be ad hoc responsibilities to support the overall strategy as the need arises.
What you need to build a better tomorrow with us.
- You’ve completed at the least bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or equivalent
- You bring 5 years+ of functional talent acquisition or related expertise with strong project management and change experience.
- You have a solid track record in solving problems, creating solutions, delivering complex projects that drive positive impact and change across a complex environment.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, experienced in operating across countries and cultures, able to influence positive deployment and progress on topics.
- Your deep TA knowledge and analytical skills enables you to optimally provide solutions, influence decisions and measure potential risks effectively.
- Speak English fluently
