We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for one of our sector-leading and highly esteemed clients, renowned for their innovative cyber security solutions.
In this role, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for driving customer retention, renewals, satisfaction, and growth.
Success in this position requires strong relationship management and technical expertise. The CSM will work closely with business leaders, implementing strategies to align with customer business needs and orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from deployment to ongoing operations.
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven candidate fluent in German.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Enterprise-level customer accounts, ensuring early value realization, timely renewals, and revenue growth.
- Navigate complex organizations, build strategic client relationships, and secure commitment at a senior level.
- Create effective Success Plans based on customer objectives, providing proactive service to ensure timely renewals, platform adoption, and revenue growth.
- Lead customer-facing sessions, including Quarterly Business Reviews and executive briefings.
- Proactively identify risks to renewals and long-term relationships and mitigate them accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact, handling escalations and driving timely resolutions.
- Monitor customer health through product usage and satisfaction tracking.
- Communicate account status to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular meetings, both on and off-site, to understand customer business requirements.
- Assist in the development of technical educational, marketing, and sales materials.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in Software / SaaS.
- Software delivery experience, ideally in the cyber security space.
- Proven success with enterprise-level customers.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ownership.
- Fluent in German.
