Your Responsibilities Support Finance Law firm Administration Corporate Assistant

• You will oversee compliance requirements for clients, including AML / KYC tasks such as verifying client ID validations.
• You will be responsible for filing necessary information or updates on company registries.
• You will liaise directly with clients as well as administrative bodies.
• You may also organize board meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.

Profile and Career Path Support Finance Law firm Administration Corporate Assistant

• You have at least 2 years of experience within a financial institution (fiduciary, PFS, or AIFM) or a law firm in Luxembourg, which will help you transition smoothly into your new role.
• Fluency in French , English , and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with your contacts.
• You consider yourself proactive and organized , which helps you meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent client service.
