RESPONSIBILITIES
Our unit Agricultural Solutions is on the path of digital transformation and throughout the organization data is recognized as the key enabler for a value-adding and a sustainable digital path forward.
Join our team as Expert Data Governance & Stewardship (m / f / d) to develop and refine the data stewardship strategy based on the overall data strategy and steer its implementation in alignment with the Global Data Stewardship Community.
- In this role, you define, create and enhance stewardship governance framework with guidelines and policies related to data handling and cataloging as well as their implementation within the organization.
- You conduct workshops to steer data governance and stewardship processes, topics and their improvements by ensuring change management and best practice exchange.
- Moreover, you are responsible for the prioritization of the backlog considering timelines and deliverables by applying agile working principles.
- You advise the organization as a source of conduct and information regarding data governance and stewardship-related topics.
- Furthermore, you support creating meaningful storylines along a harmonized reporting system, contribute these to the target audience via aligned communication channels and support coordination of cross-functional data demands and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- degree (bachelor or master) with focus on business administration, IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- at least 3-year experience in data management, data governance or data affine business / IT functions
- participated in projects with people from other functions or markets
- proficient spoken and written command of English with persuasive communication skills
