Your mission
- Drive technological advancements to decarbonize global supply chains, establish data sovereignty, and foster the data economy with digital business models & data contracts
- Own the resolution of customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions during core working hours
- Provide clear and constructive communication to customers through various channels, including support tools, email, phone, and video conference
- Collaborate with customer support colleagues to resolve complex issues, offer input for product improvements, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Build-up technical skills and other professional competencies; participate in training sessions on novel technologies
Your profile
- Proven expertise in customer support role, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction
- Experience in IT and software companies
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English is essential, German is a plus
