The Role

The Founders Associate at Nuclicore is a pivotal and highly impactful position within our organization. You will work directly alongside the founders, providing essential support to drive the company's strategic initiatives and daily operations.

As a Founders Associate, you will manage a variety of high-priority tasks, from strategic planning and project management to direct engagement with current and prospective customers.

You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, enhancing our no-code platform, and ensuring customers fully leverage its capabilities.

Your agility in shifting between responsibilities, coupled with excellent communication skills and a high degree of discretion, will make you an indispensable partner to the founders.

Core responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the founders in managing and prioritizing strategic and operational tasks.
• Lead and execute key projects critical to the company’s growth and success.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, improve our no-code platform, and ensure they maximize its potential.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

What we are looking for

• A degree from a top-tier university.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
• Fluency in German at a native level is essential.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
