Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for onboarding and 1st / 2nd level support in the support team
• You are responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance and configuration of our hardware and software
• You will support and develop our internal IT infrastructure with us (including network, firewall, routers, switches, servers, PBX, client deployment, etc.)
• You are responsible for the administration of clients and mobile devices
• You create and expand the documentation of our processes and systems
• You communicate with external service providers, request quotes, process orders and always keep an eye on cost efficiency
• You plan and manage the available hardware resources
• You implement new projects and accompany migration

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• You have experience in the field of IT support / system administration and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new environments
• You have knowledge in the operation, setup and maintenance of modern client IT environments, operating systems and network technologies
• You enjoy new technologies as well as automating processes and breaking new ground
• Ideally, you are familiar with Windows, MacOS and Linux and can support all systems
• You have an open nature and a high level of social competence
• You attach great importance to working independently and acting proactively
• You enjoy innovative projects for which you are also responsible
• You are very confident in communicating in German and English
