As People and Culture Manager, within the Sales Excellence Team, you will be responsible for developing an upskilling target picture for all Partner with Customer roles.
For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify standards & behaviours of a High-performance Sales Team.
Based on that you will closely work with Talent Management to develop, deploy and manage the competency & experience assessment framework as well as offering an adequate training curriculum.
Your Team
This role will support the Partner with Customer Organization in NA, EU, China, Japan, and India.
What You Will Do
- Develop a yearly strategy / roadmap for assessments & upskilling initiatives for the Partner with Customer organization
- Collaborate with Talent Management Support the identification of knowledge gaps and areas for upskilling together with Talent Management / HR
- Monitor assessment objectives and results
- Design training curricula, adjust training content based on changing business needs, within time and budget constraints.
- Report on the impact of training programs
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula Dean of Sales Academy)
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, sales or customer-facing program management role.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Result driven and self-organized
- Ability in working with external and internal customers in all regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Native or Business fluent in English
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools, (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
What is Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Marketing, Sales or Program Management of infotainment / audio, telematics, and / or connected service
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced / high-pressure environment, while always maintaining good relations.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, efficiently, and accurately from varying sources.
- Ability to take initiative, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
