Our interdisciplinary Growth Team focuses on identifying growth potentials across the entire customer journey, from ad funnels to product experience.

We’re constantly testing and learning and now we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to bring technical expertise to the team.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and execute initiatives that drive awork’s growth.
• Lead the technical implementation (both frontend and backend) of growth-focused projects.
• Build and optimize solutions aimed at improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and boosting user retention.
• Continuously improve the tools and infrastructure supporting our growth experiments.
• Participate in workshops, share insights from user research, and provide the technical perspective in all growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in full stack development, particularly with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Bonus : Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on growth-related projects.
• You’re proactive, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with change and quick pivots without losing focus.
• Curiosity drives you you love challenging the status quo and finding the best solutions.
• Excellent English skills (our working language is English ).
