Our client, an industry leader in delivering cutting-edge SAP solutions, are looking for a Field Service Consultant with expertise in SAP security and pre-sales consulting to deliver innovative solutions and drive customer success.
In this role, you will lead product implementations, conduct proof of value (PoV) engagements, and demonstrate the strategic benefits of solutions to prospective and existing clients. Your work will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their business goals, optimise processes, and ensure secure and compliant implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Implementation : Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Customization and Integration : Tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Driving Proof of Value (PoV) :
- Define PoV objectives and success criteria in collaboration with clients.
- Execute PoV engagements to demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
- Present results highlighting operational improvements, cost reductions, and ROI.
Pre-Sales Support : Partner with sales teams to deliver product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proposals that showcase the value of our solutions.
Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize the value of our products to meet their goals.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation and provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Data and Performance Monitoring : Analyze client data and implementation outcomes to drive continuous improvement in product adoption and customer satisfaction.
