Responsibilities
- Leading and optimization of the quality organization in Germany
- Responsible for all quality issues as well as the technical management of the quality team
- Close cooperation with the quality auditor in the continuous improvement of the IATF audit plan
- Definition of strategies and goals in the quality environment
- Definition and tracking of quality and environmental targets
- Accompanying internal and external audits (customers and certifiers) according to the regulations IATF 16949, ISO; 9001 V2015 ISO 14001 V2015, OHSAS 18001, VDA
- Definition of improvement potentials for continuous process optimization including tracking of related measures
- Communicating and improving the quality awareness of all employees
Profile
3 - 5 years of experience in a comparable position with first leadership experienceBachelor in Engineering or a comparable education with technical backgroundGerman business fluent, English fluentExperience in quality operations for steel industry, mainly automotiveGood knowledge of key rules like ISO, VDA, QS 9000, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQPstrong communication skillsTeam
You will be located in Neuwied where approximately 60 people are workingYou will be responsible for the operations quality for our 4 sites (Neuwied, Edenkoben, Lichtenstein (Saxonia) and BurgYou will manage a team of 5 people located on our 4 sitesYou will report to the Chief Operations OfficerBusiness trips across Germany may be required from time to timeWhat we offer
