Deine Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates across all stages of the funnel, for multiple brands and legal areas by analyzing funnel performance, customer interviews, and website data
• Lead the iteration and improvement of landing pages based on insights derived from experimentation
• Set up, execute, and monitor A / B tests , documenting findings, and ensuring results are actionable and understood by relevant stakeholders
• Establish and maintain comprehensive tracking systems using client-side and server-side Google Tag Manager , ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Ensure the correct implementation of user consent for data tracking, adhering to legal and compliance standards and manage third-party tools to enhance tracking, reporting, and analysis capabilities
• Become the go-to-person within the Marketing team to drive projects that require technical implementations, such as CMS integration, server-side tracking, and landing page development

Dein Profil

• Proven experience in conversion optimization, experimentation (A / B testing), and data analysis
• Expertise in tracking and reporting tools, including Google Tag Manager (client and server-side), GA4, Tableau, and Lookerstudio
• Sufficient technical skills , including basic JavaScript for code adjustments and the implementation of tracking solutions
• Solid understanding of data integrity, user consent tracking, and compliance requirements across different legal contexts
• Capability to work independently , manage multiple projects, and make decisions based on data
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical requirements to developers and translate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality
