Junior Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
You will make an impact in the following way :
- You carry out all activities required in operational purchasing (inquiries, offer evaluation, contracts, orders, order confirmations, deadline monitoring, dunning) independently and communicate with suppliers
- Ensure material availability
- Carry out purchasing negotiations (in coordination with strategic procurement)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Invoice verification
- Monitor and maintain the purchasing-relevant data in the ERP system (SAP)
What you will bring :
- Education Completed Bachelor’s in engineering or business administration or commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a specialist in purchasing
- First experience In purchasing and materials management
- Knowledge and skills Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness, proficient knowledge of MS Office programs and first experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Personality Team player with strong communication skills and technical understanding as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Language proficiency Fluency in English and German (B2)
