What you'll do

  • You'll be involved in the development of the commercial customer lifecycle of our Sports WOW (Sky OTT) customer
  • Your task is the implementation & further development of an efficient contact strategy based on customer segment, products & behaviour
  • In addition, you'll manage all aspects of implementing a successful commercial strategy for the customer base and work on processes to develop a long-term customer relationship
  • The continuous analysis of our campaign performance with regard to relevant KPIs and the derivation of the resulting strategic recommendations for action & forecasts are part of your daily business
  • You're responsible for cross-functional OTT projects and act as an interface to internal partners such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product Management & Business Intelligence

What you'll bring

  • You've a degree with a focus on business administration and at least 5-6 years of professional experience - experience with the platform Braze is a plus
  • Through your professional experience, you've acquired a strong understanding of the communication approach in the digital entertainment or eCommerce environment as well as sound knowledge of digital customer relationship management
  • You can demonstrate experience in project management through practical experience
  • Above all, your communication and presentation skills are among your strengths
  • You d describe your way of working as creative, independent & structured as well as solution- & goal-oriented, with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Very good German & good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
