Next Ventures are partnered with one of the world’s fastest growing security awareness scale-ups to help recruit a Senior IT Administrator for their Cologne office.
Our client is a forward thinking Security specialist looking for someone to lead projects, bring new ideas to the team in terms of use of technology & overall company support in Germany and international offices.

Remuneration : Up to €65,000 + package

Your role as a Senior IT Administrator
- Provision, configure, and maintain employee laptops and desktops within a Google workspace / Microsoft / Azure environment.
- Manage Microsoft Office and SharePoint data, ensuring accessibility, integrity, and security.
- Administer OneDrive accounts, including user access, permissions, and file sharing.
- Configure and manage InTune for device management, including policy enforcement and software deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution and support.
- Implement best practices for backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding processes such as account creation, provide first-day IT setup and support for new joiners, imaging, and creating accounts
- Maintain and troubleshoot the Conference room A / V (Microsoft Teams rooms)
- Managing MDM
Ideally to be successful as a Senior IT Administrator
- Relevant experience in IT administration, preferably in a Microsoft / Azure environment.
- Proficiency in provisioning and managing laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and InTune.
- Kandji / Jamf, Atlassian (Jira / Confluence) experience required
- Knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and services.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
