ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Executive you will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve sales revenue and GM targets for the sale of our components and software solutions to the Original Equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the Retail and Transportation markets.

This would include, for example, companies designing and manufacturing kiosk systems for financial transactions - Ticket Vending Machines, Self Service Kiosk etc.

The BDE will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.

As an outside sales representative, they will also research sales competition.

You will develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and achieve sales of the range of PayComplete range of components and software platforms in a number of countries within Europe.

The role is home office based and we believe that he role can be successfully carried out from a base situated in France, Germany, The Netherlands or Poland, with a client / prospect territory covering central and eastern Europe.

KEY JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • Build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Get the sale using various customer sales methods.
  • Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Take responsibility for the sales of our solutions hardware, and software platforms for cash and payment management within your key markets.
  • Identifying direct clients and resellers / partners to grow both direct and reseller channel business.
  • Evaluate customer’s skills and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years sales withing a Business-to-Business environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • English at C1 level
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills and a familiarity with Office programs and Salesforce CRM

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A working knowledge of the structure of major players within the European mass transit, automated fare collection or self service kiosk markets
  • Experience in selling technology solutions with the Mass Transit, Retail or comparable markets
