Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of folding box board to customers in Germany . The Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and new customers, as well as internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.
• Customer Relationships : Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Targets : Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.
• Market Monitoring : Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in the paper industry.
• Industry Knowledge : Experience in selling folding box board with a proven track record.
• Folding Box Board Knowledge : Selling FBB used for high-end cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, liquid packaging, ivory board, playing cars etc. applications.
• Language Skills : Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Education : A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills : Experience with CRM systems .
• Travel : Willingness to travel frequently across Germany .
