Senior Capacity Planning Manager, Delivery Service Partners
Amazon's Capacity Planning Managers play a critical role in ensuring our vast logistics network operates smoothly and efficiently to delight customers.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust capacity plans for our Delivery Service Partners (DSP).
By leveraging data, performance standards, and cross-functional collaboration, you will build scalable processes to align DSP capacity with dynamic customer demand.
This position can be based out of London, Luxembourg, Munich or Berlin, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon’s current flexible work guidance.

Key job responsibilities
- Build delivery station level DSP capacity plans, and act as the single source of truth for reporting on DSP demand
- Co-ordinate and direct execution of DSP capacity plans with partner acquisition teams based on the capacity plans
- Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data and DSP performance standards; building planning tools to ingest inputs from various stakeholders
- Lead reviews with operations leaders on capacity planning & partner with stakeholders to align on changes

About the team
The EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of professional contract organizations that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service.
Our partners work out of delivery stations across EU and are assigned delivery routes and packages. The DSP Capacity Planning team is central to achieving the program objectives of DSP Last Mile Delivery.
This team charts the strategy and plan to build DSP capacity across the delivery network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Relevant experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Relevant experience in product management, program management, or vendor management, and / or supplier management
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in business management, engineering, or supply chain and logistics
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as R, Matlab
- Proficiency in SQL
