Your Mission
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive In-house Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. Your mission will be to provide comprehensive legal support to stakeholders in our growing company on operational legal issues, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Your Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Management : Review, draft, and manage a variety of contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with company objectives
- Legal Advisory : Provide timely and relevant legal advice to stakeholders, addressing operational legal issues and mitigating potential risks
- Contract Negotiations : Support and manage contract negotiations with our customers for our pioneering and innovative software products, striving for favorable outcomes while ensuring fairness and compliance with applicable laws
- Process Improvement : Collaborate with the legal team to design and enhance legal processes, contributing to a dynamic and agile legal department’s continuous improvement
- Document Drafting : Create and manage legal documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across the company to address legal concerns and provide guidance on legal matters and processes
- Compliance and Regulation : Support the team in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with applicable mandatory laws and regulations
Your Experience
- Fully qualified lawyer ( Volljurist )
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in contract law
- Experience in IT law, data protection and / or Compliance
- Strong understanding of commercial law contexts and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
- Business fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Availability to work regularly in our Mannheim office
