IT Student Assistant (m / f / div)
Job Share : Part-time (20 hours per week) limited for 12 months
Location : FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
The office language is English.
Salary & benefits package : Collective Bargain Agreement Groß- & Außenhandel NRW, Level II for Student Assistants

Description
The IT team at FLOCERT GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented person who is interested in working in an international environment.
Flexibility and varied experience in IT troubleshooting are essential assets on this position. The person will be part of a small, dynamic international team, which is responsible for the ICT infrastructure of all business processes within FLOCERT connected to the Fairtrade certification.
Your responsibilities
- Dispatch helpline tickets and solve 1st level incidents and service requests
- Printer maintenance (e.g., exchange printer cartridge)
- Instruct users on correct and efficient use of FLOCERT IT systems
- Support to fix laptop problems
- Support ground floor conference equipment users
- Communicate with users face-to-face, over the phone, via Skype or via MS Teams to help set-up ICT related systems or resolve issues
- Help to setup workplaces for new employees
- Help to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Help Bonn employees when moving offices inside the building
- Coordinate hardware replacements and peripheral devices
Your qualifications, experience and skills
- Officially enrolled (certificate of matriculation) at university in any discipline
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- First experience with Microsoft operating systems, both server and desktop
- Further knowledge of Linux, mobile device management / telephony systems, MS Azure Active Directory, IT user support and ticketing systems would be an asset
- ITIL knowledge (problem and incident management processes) would be an advantage
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Pro-active, hardworking, and reliable individual and workstyle
- Excellent communication skills, flexible, experience in dealing with different cultures
- Strong dedication towards customer service
