This is the precise agreement on the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs and on the specific equipment to be used for such carriage.
The ATP Agreement requires that bodies and equipment for carrying perishable foodstuffs across borders meets certain criteria and must be inspected and certified on a regular basis.
The approval process mainly focuses on the measurement of heat transition coefficient (k-Value) and the certification of a variety of vehicles.
These being : Vehicles that transport food across borders. The vehicles require an ATP certificate , which must be issued by the respective competent authority .
DNV is a recognized competent authority and specializes in this area of business.
Your tasks would include :
- Processing ATP applications in general
- Operation and handling of complex software (ATP Cert)
- At the beginning mainly XML applications and standard applications
- Issuance all relevant ATP-certificates

The successful candidate :
- Is pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Education in Transport & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, IT, or similar field
- Good to very good computer skills : Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English language both written & spoken, German fluency is of benefit
- Experience in dealing with large amounts of data is an advantage
- The ability to quickly capture and compare these large amounts of data
- An initial database experience would be an advantage
- Programming skills (C#), initial experience with Microsoft Visual Studio is of benefit
- Physical presence in the Hamburg Office is required to complete this job
