Agile Coach

Your Role :
- You will assume responsibility for managing projects and processes across multiple teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.
- You will oversee the implementation of projects, including task breakdowns, status monitoring, and communication with stakeholders.
- You will develop comprehensive project plans and manage any necessary adjustments.
- You will support your teams in adhering to agile methodologies, fostering an open communication environment, improving processes, and assisting in conflict resolution.
Your Qualifications :
- Ideally, several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Completed training or academic qualifications in a relevant field such as IT, business informatics, social sciences, or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Strong teamwork, empathy, and communication skills.
