As Partner Solution Architect, you will be crucial in collaborating with our partners. Your primary focus will be to assist them in addressing their requirements related to the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Platform, particularly in enhancing partner capabilities to articulate and achieve desired customer business outcomes.
As a valuable team member, you will contribute to transforming the entire agreement process - Create, Commit, and Manage.
This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Solution Architects. Responsibility Lead and influence as a subject matter expert and mentor for partner consultants Conduct technical workshops to convey the value proposition of Docusign Intelligent Agreement Platform to joint customers Build and deliver demos showcasing Docusign IAM value across various industry use cases Provide support for proof-of-concept solutions developed by partners.
Assist partners in crafting RFP responses to maximize customer value from IAM investments Advise on implementing best practices for partner consultants Guide partners in developing accelerators and frameworks for a faster time-to-value Develop and deliver technical presentations, solution briefs, podcasts, blogs, videos, and whiteboards focused on our products and solutions Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic 8+ years prior experience in a partner or direct pre-sales role, selling SaaS solutions and concepts BS / BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience 5 + years of hands-on experience with Legal Tech solutions, showcasing practical expertise and familiarity with technologies relevant to the legal industry Fluency in English & German Preferred Experience in one of these product lines : SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft solutions Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms, AI / ML solutions Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading digital transformation initiatives Proficient in building and delivering demos for Industry use cases in Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, reference architecture, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, etc.
