Head of Compliance
Dear Network,
I am currently recruiting for a Head of Compliance for one of my most esteemed clients. The client is a rapidly growing company coming out of the UK market who are currently looking for somebody to head their Compliance function (3 direct reports).
Requirements :
- Profound knowledge in the areas of AFC, GDPR, and AML.
- Ideally a legal background (LLB, LLM, etc).
- German and English skills.
- A solution oriented mindset.
- 7+ years professionally qualified experience in either consulting or in-house companies.
Tasks :
- Building up and developing an existing CMS system
- Leading a small team of direct reports and being the face of Compliance to the German and Luxemburg jurisdiction of the company.
- Creating new policies, conducting trainings, and working closely with the business.
Benefits
- Close to fully remote working with ocassional travel to either Frankfurt, Berlin, or London.
- A strong salary of up to €115,000K.
