JustPlay is looking for a Lead Product Designer to build a rocking product design and art teams, establishing the product design function from scratch and shaping the design vision for one of the leading loyalty platforms, enjoyed by millions of players.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is ready to own and influence the design direction of a major platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver both visionary strategies and immediate, impactful improvements.

Job Responsibilities Lead and shape user experience from conception to launch, developing a design vision for the JustPlay app, one of the top 15 entertainment apps worldwide, boasting over 25 million downloads Develop product features that elevate the user experience across the entire player journey, while also driving the ongoing evolution of JustPlay's design guidelines and design system Work hands-on in creating user centric designs, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for our JustPlay app Work closely with stakeholders, engineers and product managers to develop new ideas and make strategic design solutions for our JustPlay app, while dealing with technical constraints Apply best practices in ensuring design quality and a smooth interaction in relevant platforms (iOS, Android) and different devices Leverage analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts Constantly identify opportunities to improve the usability of our product The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay At least 5 years of experience in the mobile industry, particularly from entertainment or gaming industry An extensive portfolio of working with mobile applications Experience in leveraging gamification design elements to increase retention Proficient in figma Knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market Attention to detail and a focus on excellence Our benefits package : State-of-the-Art Equipment : Doesn’t matter if you are a macbook or windows user, we will provide you with the technical gear you need to succeed Engaging and diverse work environment : Join a diverse team, with over 19 nationalities and working from 13 different locations Training & Development : Free language Courses with Chatterbug Education allowance : Enjoy a personal development budget of up to 2000€ / year for training, conferences, workshops etc.
