Strategic Fleet Planner (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Fleet Planner (m / f / d) to build up a new team. You would like to plan our fleet for the European markets and automate and improve the planning process?

DO WHAT YOU LOVE :

• You create the fleet planning for various markets and are thus responsible for a central cornerstone for the economic success of the company
• You work together with the product team to improve the planning tools and the data used
• You acquire specific market knowledge and incorporate the expectations of various stakeholders into the planning process
• You prepare analyses and build dashboards and reports
• You are the first point of contact for questions about the planning tool and take over communication with various stakeholders

Qualifications

COME AS YOU ARE :

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable studies
• You have very good Excel skills and ideally have experience in working with modern business intelligence tools (especially Google Looker and Quicksight) and database queries
• You have an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of numbers and are conceptually strong and technically adept
• You are a strong communicator and fluent in English (German is a plus)
• You have relevant professional experience in fleet planning or business analysis

About the department :

Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company.

The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand.

Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here.

Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
