We are currently ramping up our Sales and Business Development team across various levels. And this is where you may come in! As Business Development Manager at Consultport :
You'll be responsible for :
- New client acquisition : Acquire new clients and projects for our business, incl. Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity Companies, fast-growing scale-ups, and renowned consulting firms
- Account Management : Develop client accounts; build close relationships with our customers to understand and translate their needs into tailored offerings
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with key decision-makers from leading companies to support them on their most critical projects
- Innovation : Continuously improve our sales processes, innovate our approaches, and drive customer satisfaction
- Growth : Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and further business development activities to make our mission come true
You will be a great fit if you have :
- At least 2 years experience within full-cycle B2B sales or business development roles, and has a true passion for sales
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of consistently overachieving your targets and being amongst the top 20% performers of your peer group
- Detail-oriented, without getting lost in details, as you are always able to take a step back to see the broader picture
- Passion for providing exceptional client service in the B2B space
- Keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics
- Strong communication skills (English must, German or French are nice to have)
