Tasks

• Strategy Development : You’re the architect of our SEO strategy. From ideation to execution you hold the reins.
• Team Leadership : With your knowledge and experience, you’ll lead a team of SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Competitor Analysis : You keep a close eye on the market, analyze competitors, and discover new opportunities to push us to the top.
• Content Optimization : You collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is not only relevant but also search engine optimized.
• Technical SEO : You understand the technical aspects of search engine optimization and work with our development team to keep our website up to date.
• Performance Tracking : Using the right tools and KPIs, you’ll evaluate the effectiveness of our SEO efforts and adjust the strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SEO, ideally within the e-commerce sector
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, as well as on-page and off-page optimization
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Creativity to discover new ways to consistently increase organic traffic
• A passion for the latest trends and developments in the SEO field
• Fluent in German and English
