Your work here as a superhero oops, Management Assistant saves the lives of our Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners on a daily basis.

Without you and your organizational talent, nothing gets done : Whether coordinating appointments, booking business trips, organizing meetings, or communicating with clients, you hold the reins.

And the coolest part? You’ll work with lots of other friendly Management Assistants as part of a fantastic team. Our Administrative Leadership Team takes care of the all Management Assistants’ needs and ensures that everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Your excellent communication and teaming skills and competent, professional conduct toward clients and coworkers make you a standout.
• Your work style is independent and structured, as are your strong organization skills and service mentality.
• You would describe yourself as talented in coordination and improvisation, and you have an integrative personality with good conflict resolution skills.
• Strong motivation, flexibility, and commitment are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally in office management or the upscale hotel / service industry.
• You have gained some practical experience as a secretary or assistant or in a similar position.
• You work proficiently in MS Office programs, especially Outlook.
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
