Cloud Data Lead (AWS)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Lead with a deep understanding of AWS and cloud-based data solutions to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing data architecture solutions, with a focus on optimizing performance, ensuring data governance, and supporting business needs through robust data frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Implementation : Architect, design, and implement data solutions on the AWS platform, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines.
- AWS Expertise : Leverage AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue , and others for optimal data management and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, effective data solutions.
- Data Governance & Security : Develop and enforce data governance and security best practices within the AWS environment.
- Performance & Cost Optimization : Ensure cost-effective and high-performance data solutions on AWS through effective monitoring and resource management.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : 10-12 years in data architecture, with a significant focus on cloud-based solutions and AWS.
- Technical Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services for data management and analytics.
- Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala .
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and departments.
