Team Lead Order Management (all genders)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead the Order Management team at LucaNet. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic organization.

This position involves creating a cohesive team that is responsible for the entire order lifecycle by merging functions from Sales and Accounting.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a team responsible for order management, including order processing, invoicing, and collections
• Guide the entire order to cash process from the moment a customer signs a quotation to cash receipt
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the order process
• Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Generate and analyze reports on order metrics, cash flow, and process performance
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication between Sales and Accounting teams to enhance process efficiency

What you bring to the table

• Proven experience in order management, finance, or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Process improvement and project management experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using order management software and financial systems.
• You speak German on a native speaker level and have good English skills
