Team Lead Order Management (all genders)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead the Order Management team at LucaNet. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic organization.
This position involves creating a cohesive team that is responsible for the entire order lifecycle by merging functions from Sales and Accounting.

What you'll do
- Build and lead a team responsible for order management, including order processing, invoicing, and collections
- Guide the entire order to cash process from the moment a customer signs a quotation to cash receipt
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the order process
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Generate and analyze reports on order metrics, cash flow, and process performance
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication between Sales and Accounting teams to enhance process efficiency
What you bring to the table
- Proven experience in order management, finance, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Process improvement and project management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using order management software and financial systems.
- You speak German on a native speaker level and have good English skills
