Sample & Order Coordination Assistant (all genders)
We are looking for a well-organized Sample & Order Coordination Assistant (m / f / x) in full time (40 h / week) to provide the necessary support to the B2B Sales Team.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close collaboration with internal and external Sales Teams, Logistics and Operations
- Coordination of orders and deliveries of samples
- Warehouse management
- Administration of daily sample related requests
- Order entry and maintenance in company's internal ERP system (SAP)
- Creation and maintenance of customer data in SAP
REQUIRED ROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent English and German, any additional language is an advantage
- Previous experience in administrative position is desired
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience with ERP system
- Responsible, well-organized, able to work independently
