What is your professional background?

• Anabove-average degree in Industrial, Electrical or BusinessEngineering, (Business) Economics, Supply Chain Management,Software Engineering, E-Mobility, Material Science or similar.
• Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment closeto one of the working areas above.
• At least four months ofstudying, working or travelling abroad. What are your personalskills?
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You approachdemanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion.
• You take on responsibility with motivation and drive.
• You areopen to other people, different cultural backgrounds and newperspectives.
• You master your everyday work with creativesolutions and out of the box thinking. Which topics can you expect?
• You will dive into one specific area within the BMW Group.Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits youbest.

Fields such as (Strategic) Purchasing, Supplier Network orQuality Management are waiting for you.

• You will become part ofan experienced and passionate team with a family-like atmospherethat offers you deep insights into the whole supply chain.
• Takingresponsibility as of day one, you will be dealing with a wide rangeof tasks around innovative technologies shaping the future ofsustainable mobility with your team.

Again, depending on yourpersonal background, you will work on complex purchasing andquality topics in areas such as Digitalisation, Cost Engineering,Sustainability and Supplier or Quality Management for IndirectGoods and Services, E-Mobility, Interior / Exterior, or a similartechnology cluster.

Please note : We assess all qualifications intotal and rate them against one another. Thus, if you for examplehave less experience abroad but therefore more practicalexperience, we would still be happy to receive your application.
