Head of Business Controlling Operations (m/f/d)
Your Job :
- Responsible for the business controlling of the Operations division with the global production and logistics network with 24 units, purchasing and the central operations functions
- Supporting the business in achieving financial targets
- Global responsibility for the budget and forecast process of the Operations department
- Managing the reporting process for Operations and tracking deviations between actual and target as well as forecast
- Creating transparency about business performance and preparing decision papers
- Management and further development of the cross-national team
- Responsible for the evaluation of business cases and for the central review of investment applications from the plants according to uniform standards
- Collaboration and support of corporate projects and central projects in the Finance department
Your qualification :
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an operations environment, as well as in managing a team in a financial environment
- Several years of extensive experience in coordinating projects and processes in an international network and intercultural cooperation
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Very good SAP and process knowledge in the CO, FI, PP and MM modules
- Very good knowledge of SAP BW, SAC and MS Office
- Independent, analytical and goal-oriented way of working
- High team and customer orientation, motivation and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel internationally
