Another new vacancy opened up via the Smarter-E conference in Munich.
I had the opportunity to sit down with one of most exciting clients in Europe, to discuss their growth strategy for the next 2 years, to go through their recent product launches, and more importantly discuss their hiring plans!
This business is filled with people with extensive experience in the industry, and right now they are growing exponentially across Europe.
I'm focussing on a role that will be prioritising their latest product launch, which is Energy Storage Systems for the residential sector.
They are a prominent manufacturer in the solar and storage sector and this position will be to broaden their reach in the German market, encompassing positions ranging from entry-level to mid-senior roles.
Responsibilities :
- Foster connections with potential clientele and manage existing accounts.
- Take the initiative to visit clients proactively.
- Develop and finalize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the current product portfolio.
- Attend various events and trade exhibitions throughout Europe to cultivate and sustain business relationships, while also staying informed about competition and pricing trends.
Requirements :
- Possess 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the ESS market or high-tech solutions, ideally from a manufacturing or wholesaling background.
- A well-established network with distributors and installers is desirable.
- Display highly communicative and collaborative traits.
- Must be willing to travel locally.
- Proficiency in both German and English is obligatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the European Union.
