Aufgrund einer anstehenden Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir einen Global Category Manager Energy. Aufgaben Entwicklung, Durchsetzung und Sicherstellung der globalen Einkaufsstrategie sowie internationale Beschaffung von Strom und Gas Beobachtung der Beschaffungsmärkte und Energiebörsen Führen von internationalen Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen Vorbereitung und Steuerung von standortübergreifenden und konzernweiten Beschaffungsinitiativen und Projekten Beobachtung der Gesetzgebung im Energiebereich und deren Positionierung Schnittstelle zwischen der Einkaufsfunktion, der Konzerngesellschaften und den Lieferanten Supplier Evaluation Audits und Lieferantenüberprüfung (Business Partner Screening) Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Einkauf von Energie über entsprechende Handelsplätze, sowie gutes Know-how im internationalen Vertragsrecht mit Energieverträgen Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verhandlungsgeschick, Optimierungswillen und technisches Verständnis SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert Wir bieten Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice Flexible Arbeitszeiten Familiäre Atmosphäre und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit Angebote für Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden
