We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute :
- Strategic leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, encompassing business development and marketing, to drive revenue growth and expand Cocomore's client portfolio.
- Business development : Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your profound understanding of digital marketing trends and client needs.
- Marketing excellence : Optimize and enhance our marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our growth objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Team collaboration : Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, working closely with the heads of our departments such as Strategy, Creative Division, and Data Science to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Client relationship management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative solutions.
- Performance optimization : Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
- Innovation and trends : Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches.
Your profile :
- Proven track record in driving business growth within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Extensive experience in both business development and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels, customer acquisition strategies, and market trends.
- A relevant university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on mentality : You thrive in an environment where you are not just leading from the top, but actively engaging in tasks and driving projects forward with a hands-on approach.
- Profound experience with and knowledge of digital tools and platforms relevant to business development and marketing, such as CRM systems (, Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and data analytics tools (, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English (C1 C2) and German (B2 or higher). Knowledge of French or Spanish would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office and Jira is desirable.
