Team Assistant Finance (m/f/d) (Part-time/Full-time)
Alpha Trains has owned and leased locomotives and passenger trains for nearly 24 years. More than 140 employees of various nationalities are active across Europe.
Our more than 1,000 locomotives and passenger trains are utilized in 22 European countries.
WHAT WOULD KEEP YOU BUSY
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the CFO in all business activities, including support to the CFO"s direct reports in consultation with the CFO
- Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes
- Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in the preparation of the financial section of the monthly board report
- Support internal and external audits
- Provide general finance ad-hoc support as required in conjunction with CFO
- Project management support (creation of timelines, tracking, ...)
WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM
- Several years experience in a financial or administrative role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional demeanour and ability to handle sensitive information in confidence
- Fostering positive working relationships within the finance team and across the business
- Ability to interact with staff from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in German and English
