Founder's Associate Intern (m/f/d) I German-speaking
Ihre Aufgaben
You will be the right hand of an experienced founding team shaping Baobab’s strategy by supporting team in :
- Work closely with our CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and be involved in key decision making
- Get unique training and insights into a dynamic Start up and its several departments including the Sales, Product and Operations team
- Contribute to key strategic projects end-to-end and be part of defining the overall company strategies for internationalisation, extension of their addressable market and strategic sales partnerships
- Collaborate with various interdisciplinary stakeholders and help them in preparing presentation materials
- Research due-diligence, competitors and markets
Ihr Profil
- Prior relevant work experience in one of the following : fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Have strong slide writing and presentation skills and first experience in multi-stakeholder projects
- Think strategically and analytically
- Are reliable, accurate, and independent in your way of working
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German and English
